No Hassle Shopping
I recently purchased a pair of shoes for my girlfriend from Fat Frank Footwear, not knowing her actual size, but did look in a pair of her shoes. The online buying process was quick, safe & simple. The shoes arrived promptly, but were unfortunately too small. I emailed the Company and they advised me that a courier would collect the shoes from me, and the correct size would be couriered back to me. And that is exactly what happened, no hassle, extra cost or unnecessary delay. A great shopping experience. Thank you.

No Hassle Shopping

I recently purchased 5 pairs of shoes that I can't stop raving about! The craftsmanship is truly impressive; you can tell that a lot of care went into making these. The quality of the leather is excellent—so soft yet durable, which gives me confidence they'll last a long time. After purchasing leather shoes from three different brands, I can confidently say that Fat Frank stands out as the best in terms of both quality and comfort. From the moment I slipped them on, I was impressed by how comfortable they felt right out of the box. Unlike other leather shoes I’ve bought, which required a painful “breaking in” period, Fat Frank shoes were soft, flexible, and ready to wear immediately. What truly surprised me is that I can even wear them without socks, which is something I would never have expected from any leather shoe. They provide an incredible level of comfort that makes them suitable for all-day wear without any discomfort. I had previously purchased another pair of leather shoes from a higher-end brand for three times the price, and unfortunately, they were a huge disappointment. Despite the hefty price tag, they were incredibly uncomfortable, causing pain in my feet after only a few hours of wear. In contrast, Fat Frank shoes have provided me with a level of comfort I haven’t found anywhere else, even with pricier alternatives. FATFRANK: Factory sale more like used shoes and s****s sale
I bought two pairs of shoes from the Black Friday sale. when I received the goods, it was one disappointment after the other. Both shoes were under the factory sale. The first pair was sandals, I received two shoes for the same foot. - this got fixed after I emailed and IG messaged them. The second pair of shoes was a pair of used shoes. They did not even bother to clean the shoes. it looks like someone took them off and packed them.No where did it say the shoes are used/pre-loved. it just mentioned they did not meet the standard. I am too livid to even bother emailing them.

Confortable but not durable
Fat Frank has the most comfortable vellies....but durable? Not so much. I had my pair of vellies for about 2 months and the sole os beginning to seperate from the shoe....their solution is that i send it, on my cost, to them to resole, also on my cost.....apearently it happens when the shoe gets wet, know look, this is not my 1st pair of vellies, i know how to look after them.....Fat Frank....ball is in your court
