I got a quote for my washing machine , rubber to be replaced. Only after paying the quote, they communicated that the washing machine will be removed from my premises. They collected the washing machine, only with ropes, tied on the back of the bakkie. My washing machine left without marks. I received it back with marks and paint off infront. Ive send the photos to them, communication was that they have ordered the replacement. When i followed up in January, they just said that is how the washing machine was on pick up, and then afterwards said it was rust. They are not trustworthy, and does damage to your appliances, and then makes you feel like you are in the wrong. And then to top it, they expect you to pay half, after they caused the damages.
I ordered a sling bag from them, and i must say, im extremely happy with the product and the quality.
This message does not include walmer courier guy, because you can contact them, and they are always willing to be helpful. Courier guy support, and delivery control is unhelpful, my package is in pe from pretoria. The lockers is full, and they are unwilling to release my package, after they send me a pin for collection, but the package is still in the delivery van. Its Christmas time, the kids are waiting for presents, but they are unwilling to assist. They explained when the lockers is full, they do contact people to collect the parcels at the lockers, but unwilling to do this in this case.
I wanted to order 2 bedside tables for collection on Cielo, but they add delivery fee even though i want to collect. R400 extra, i have send them whatsapp msgs without reply. They will defnitely loose me as a customer, cielo was my go to for furniture.
I have my insurance with budget, my debit order is for the 28th. But they think they can debit my account, when ever need be. On Friday they debited my account again, for my debit order before the 28th. I have spoken to them numerous times regarding this. They completely throw out my budget until the end of the month. I want feedback regarding this.
BP running promotions, but never has stock available. Bp requires R2000 to be spend in total to receive a model car. Please do not participate in this , as there are alot of people who has vouchers, but unable to redeem. BP will never see me again. They will have to apologize for running promotions they are unable to follow through.
Received my parcel yesterday, 2 of the 3 mirrors broken. Package not handled with care,indicated on the package on various places,that the stock is fragile. Mirrors were in polystyrene and each packed in its own boxes, and bubble wrapped. How the couriers broke it,only they will know. I will definitely not use the courier company again, they use outside drivers for delivery, fastway definitely doesnt care about other peoples belongings.
Ridiculous service, poor feedback. Parcel was misrouted, they have still not contacted me, or given me any feedback regarding when I will receive my parcel. They cause inconvenience, and then doesn't even make a plan to assist the customer.
I wanted to buy a console table, went into store, they have no stock. But table is available on the floor. They are not willing to sell displayed item. Why is the item on display if you are not willing to sell. No other unit in pe. U have just lost another customer. Poor service William Moffett Mr price home.
I'm very disappointed, I'm a regular shopper at food lovers. Yesterday I went shopping, my 1 year old boy with me. When I get home, I see the sell by date has already passed. Why do food lovers sell old food? Why is it still on the shelves. It's impossible to check every date.
