I bought a Canon printhead from Bonolo online and worked with David Bard, I ordered the printhead end of February and received it in March. In middle of May I installed the new printhead in my printer and it was printing very funny colours and then it started making stripes, and then it was not printing at all. I phoned David who assisted me and told him that the printhead is not right whereby he arranged for the printhead to go to Canon. He did collect the printhead from me and in thw week of the 14th of June he did send it to Canon and they have send it back to him without any job number or repair number. Then he arranged again to send it in while I was on the phone with them and then On the 23th of June he phoned me to tell me that they are refusing to accept the printhead at Canon. This is unacceptable as I did buy the damaged printhead from Bonolo and not from Canon, so Bonoloust replace the printhead or refund me my R821.15 as this is daylight ******* from Bonolo. They are refusing to replace the damages printhead and I am losing my money.
Please I need urgent assistance in this matter.
