I wish I could give Bonsai Estate more than 1 star, but the management experience has been extremely disappointing. There was no welcome or communication when we moved in—not even an introduction from the chairman. We received business approval, and instead of a simple conversation, we were sent a sudden “cease with immediate effect” email days later, without any attempt to speak to us. This is not about what was done, but how it was done.
In my view, Amari (the managing agents) follow whatever the chairman says, offering no resident support. Fairness is app**** to certain people only, and it often feels like others are singled out, even though estate transgressions are openly visible everywhere.
Our home is beautiful because we made it beautiful, not because of the estate. The bricks are soft, cracked, and poorly made. And it’s not just us—so many neighbours share the same frustrations.
This estate could be wonderful, but the trustees and chairman create a stressful and unfair environment.
