MAC.... MAC... MAC! MAC is the best car sales assistant you want to deal with. Even edward and natasha were so so helpful. Buying a car with bonus cars was so simple and nice. Its like buying bread or a few loose cigarettes from a ****a shop. He is so calm and will make sure that you are calm aswell and you leave as a happy client with a reliable car. 5 Star ******! I wanted to bought a car through them. Signed the contract, but never got change to read the contract as Mac was skipping to the pages where I must sign. The bank cancelled the contract. They resubmitted the contract without my permission. I phoned them to tell them the contract was cancelled and I found another car. Solly **** to me by telling me I must not worry it was a mistake from their side. The car was advertised for R109 900 and the contact amount was R129 000. I confirmed with the bank that the contract was cancelled from their side. I had to sign a letter to state that I accept the car with a broken aircon. Then I got a call the car is registered in my name, license disk issued. They stood at my gate and harassing me to come out and take procession of the car. I refused. Then they started to send me WA's and called me. They even phone me the previous day for a OTP for taking position of the car and that I agree that the car is in "good" condition. I did not give them the OTP. I got an WA stating "Mens maak mos nie so nie". when I refused to speak to them. I as the consumer has the right to cancel a contract and not taking position of the car if I felt uneasy. Trust your gut. Rather pay more and use a reputable car dealer.

Pathetic dealership , even worse cars
Bought a car from them , car had full service history and looked the part , this was not the case , clearly this company is buying roadworthy certificates, they even tried to raise the amount for finance and claimed it was an error but to top this all off , the vehicles engine failed after a couple thousand kilometers, they were not interested in helping but fortunately I did take out a warranty and on inspection ,the report came back of poor workmanship and that someone had recently opened the motor ,put some new components in(to get the car running ) and did not correctly clearance and fit these parts correctly , not to mention the 17 bolts that were missing internally. Stay away from this company , it is all a front , they seem to look good and professional but really they are no better than the s**** yards around them . A lot of **** reviews on here for these guys ,must be family and friends ,wouldn't trust anything these guys say or do

Pathetic service from Bonus cars Pretoria west
Got a vehicle from Bonus cars for rent to own with Planet 42 Vehicle was send for road worthy test and passed with 2 very smooth tyres, few lights not working, handbrake faulty, all 4 shock absorbers leaking, damage on chassis. Want to return vehicle and cancel contract now they want pictures to see the damage . The service of this company was bad from day 1, And now i am pretty sured that they cannot be trusted if you ever use them insist that your vehicle gets tested by DEKRA for roadworthy as i am pretty sure they buy the road worthy certificates because no decent test station will pass a vehicle with these faults They also don't want to assist with returning the car.

Poor Customer Service
Poor customer service. Long periods of no reply, very slow, and poor follow-ups. I wouldn't buy a car from this dealership. If their pre-sales service is this bad i can't imagine how bad their post-sales service would be if something isn't 100%.

Poor Customer Service

Good quality
Good quality vehicles. Surprisingly good conditions for lots of their cheaper vehicles. They take pride in displaying their vehicles on sale and definitely go the extra mile for you. Definitely recommend them. Better than most other used car showrooms I have visited.

Good quality
Good quality vehicles. Surprisingly good conditions for lots of their cheaper vehicles. They take pride in displaying their vehicles on sale and definitely go the extra mile for you. Definitely recommend them. Better than most other used car showrooms I have visited.
