Wow what service you give. Savings, Savings, Savings. Highly impressed. By switching to OUTSurance I saved nearly a R1000 on my car insurance. From R2500 to R1600 that is a huge saving. Then I asked about their reverence program and my DAD also got a R1000 from them as he is also a OUTSurance client. My sister is also with them and she had a claim when her car was 3 days old and she said their service was OUTStanding. Our family has all switch to you because of OUTStanding service, and OUTSavings we got.
Good day, After numerous phone calls and emails, I am still not delivered with the following: 1. Cancellation of my debit order 2. Removal of my account at the credit buro. This was asked for in the beginning of April 2025. I went to the Menlyn branch and was assisted. But when you phone your consultants takes up to an hour to pick up the call. You deactivated the Whatsapp number and emails does not get answered. I also received SMS stating I owe your company money. When I took the car back I wanted to give you a higher rating. Till this is sort my rating will stay at 1 star.
5 Star ******! I wanted to bought a car through them. Signed the contract, but never got change to read the contract as Mac was skipping to the pages where I must sign. The bank cancelled the contract. They resubmitted the contract without my permission. I phoned them to tell them the contract was cancelled and I found another car. Solly **** to me by telling me I must not worry it was a mistake from their side. The car was advertised for R109 900 and the contact amount was R129 000. I confirmed with the bank that the contract was cancelled from their side. I had to sign a letter to state that I accept the car with a broken aircon. Then I got a call the car is registered in my name, license disk issued. They stood at my gate and harassing me to come out and take procession of the car. I refused. Then they started to send me WA's and called me. They even phone me the previous day for a OTP for taking position of the car and that I agree that the car is in "good" condition. I did not give them the OTP. I got an WA stating "Mens maak mos nie so nie". when I refused to speak to them. I as the consumer has the right to cancel a contract and not taking position of the car if I felt uneasy. Trust your gut. Rather pay more and use a reputable car dealer.
