Poor customer service. Long periods of no reply, very slow, and poor follow-ups. I wouldn't buy a car from this dealership. If their pre-sales service is this bad i can't imagine how bad their post-sales service would be if something isn't 100%.
I placed an order for 2 products totalling nearly R28000 and what terrible experience it was, products were delayed by over a month! No contact was made to let me know of the delay and then when a refund was requested that too took more than a month and after 6 weeks i decided to order another product just to get my money back. No apologies, no customer service. Just frustration. Once they have your money they just really dont seem to care.
