I bought a mini gps unit, which was a knock-off of the original ones. The unit was faulty and I returned it. The person who allegedly tested it had no knowledge of its workings as he suggested that the signal might be influenced by gps signal (sim card), which those units does not have. It works with satelite signal. The return only covered my courier fees to send it back and no actual refund for the unit. They have no one to physically speak to on any landline or cellular phone. They only respond on whatsapp and email, but ignore more messages than answering them. They have an alledged address for returns, but when i visited that address, no one in the office block knows BONZI. ****mers 100%. Never use them, they are useless ********s in my mind !!!
