The supplier is very poor in managing returns. I have reported to them that the item I bought was defective using their online return service. At the end of the process I was given a South African Durban address to send my parcel to. I was not give the recipient's details even after requesting for it 2 times on email. I was requested to send a test video which I did and they did not even comment on it. I couriered the item to the address and no one was at the address to receive the item. Now I have to pay for return of the item back to my address. At one time I was given China contacts whereas I was given the South African Address. Their communication is slow and not effective. They sent me couple of links to use for the return and non of them opened to a functional website.
