Setting up an Arrangement lead to whole disrespect story.

From agent level to Team leader. Initial requested an Team leader from IDA team, But agent brought other agent on the line.

To a point I had to request Team Leader & spoke to a gentleman Called Siphesihle Mnjali.

Zero empathy & sympathy for how agents conduct themselves on the line , but He just disrespected me & to a point so no need to apologise. Till I had to raise the apology part & had the guts to tell me . If I am not happy with the Apology. Thats on me not on him.
