Setting up an Arrangement lead to whole disrespect story. From agent level to Team leader. Initial requested an Team leader from IDA team, But agent brought other agent on the line. To a point I had to request Team Leader & spoke to a gentleman Called Siphesihle Mnjali. Zero empathy & sympathy for how agents conduct themselves on the line , but He just disrespected me & to a point so no need to apologise. Till I had to raise the apology part & had the guts to tell me . If I am not happy with the Apology. Thats on me not on him. Worse service ever 🚮
Bill is a mess & cancelation no processed. This is just bad service , no reply on emails & customer service is worse.
I don’t understand why would a major component like the trottle body . Would not be covered . While an engine wouldn’t be able to function with out this component. This component is responsible for to give the car power
On 21st I slept with a balance of R6 & wake up with a negative balance of R426. The was no Debit order processed or payment. I then spoke to an agent on the secure chat lydia Motale on the 22nd Jan 2024. She advised this is due to Merchant’s processing payments late & the are late payment fees added & will be refunded back to me once they have been paid. Till this say R426 gone n not returned to me. Fnb is cheating us. & am thinking of changing banks. This is not on . This also happened in December & would just wake up with money in my account. All long am being over charged
This organisation is good on messing up peoples credit scores. The is that guy from collections team called Tsepang that has no way to speak to people. All he wants is a payment date. Doesn’t care of anything. Also a Lady from support called Buhle who thinks She owns Boodle & takes things personal. While my credit score is affected , I have paid you guys & have closed the account. This is bad & please fix my credit score.
I fail to understand, how does your system generate a date which is not even my salary date & now all of a sudden am behide with payments. How & no1 wants to remove the extra charges. All you guys do is call me & say I must pay but it’s not salary date.
I don’t understand why the after sells personal will instruct you to be @ the workshop @ 9 & if later the spot will be forfeited. Currently it 15:50 still the car has not be attended to. All they do is use my vehicle to buy parts for other vehicles. I mean doesn’t BNA have vehicles? Also the personal are just rude. It’s just only a month I have the vehicle but everything is a mess . I no longer want this car. Am done with this nonsense.
I have been asking for an Refund since from Tuesdays & every Day I get told it will done today, I have called everyday, still nothing & even sent email. Nothing is being done, am the 1 losing finically , my time & money spend to call gone. I have spoken to a lady called Buhle & advised will get back to me , but nothing done .furthmore spoke to a Lady called Zodwa who claimed to be a Manager. still nothing has been done. today the 5 July 2024 spoke to a Lady called no Xoli, she dropped the line aftr I was placed on Hold. all I want Is what is due to me & also be compensated for my time wasted & stress caused.
I bought Items on the 13th of this month from this store online. I then went to store to collect the order. I received a box that has been opened. I then logged a query online & spoke to a agent named Manish. the agent has only assisted with me a refund , as the Item is out of stock. I have asked to be compensated for my time wasted & resource. the agent has just ended the chat. may question is : is this how you treat your customers ?
on the 29 May 2023 I had received an order no : 3000597198 this order was incomplete & had received feedback on the 9 June 2023. which shows everything was packed on the footage. but still the is no way forward of what will happen regarding my missing Item or money. due to the courier messing up with my order & taking one of the items. while I was told I would get feedback in 7 days. 7days has passed , it's a whole month still no response.
