I love the bras & have bought them for years. However, I ordered a bra online recently and it doesn’t fit at all … I returned it with their chosen courier, as instructed, with waybill printeout … the only communication is that they will let me know when they have received it. I have emailed a couple of times and not heard from them. Total lack of communication. I do need a refund.
