Online purchase. I paid an extra R75 for delivery. Meant to be delivered before the 4th of December. Still waiting. Phoned customer services who say that I will have a response within 48 hours. No apology made - made me feel that I am the one at fault. “If they try to deliver three times they will send it back to the warehouse and I will be credited “ very strange thing to say when I said they haven’t tried to deliver once and I don’t want to be credited. I want the goods that I’ve paid for. Very strange customer relations.
Woolworths on line service /courier service completely irresponsible/unreliable. I ordered goods online and the app marks them as delivered. I have been charged for them. No one seems to know where they are. I have spoken to 3 or 4 very nice consultants who now tell me that the courier service will phone me back to “tell me what happened” …. Waiting…
I love the bras & have bought them for years. However, I ordered a bra online recently and it doesn’t fit at all … I returned it with their chosen courier, as instructed, with waybill printeout … the only communication is that they will let me know when they have received it. I have emailed a couple of times and not heard from them. Total lack of communication. I do need a refund.
Free Gift advertised with product. I phoned to ask how to claim; agent told me it would be added manually to my order. I explained that I would order a different product if offer expired/ invalid “Free Gift” advertised not delivered. Amounts to False Advertising ? Not impressed
Not possible to get a logical explanation- only AI bot responses - one needs to be able to access statements… payment dates and amounts etc. I have paid in full, and not been refunded according to original agreement. Anyone know how to contact a real live human being. System open to *****ulent activity
I ordered some items online on 3 January The order was delivered, minus a mascara. I immediately alerted them to this and was assured it would be attended to. I am still waiting for either the product or a refund. The most frustrating thing is that people keep telling me they will see to it. I am surprised that they didn’t jump onto it immediately since there obviously has been some fraudulent activity.
I ordered books on 9 July -the website states that would ship with in 2 to 3 days. After I had paid the invoice - I see printed latest shipping date 25th of July. This is false advertising!! I would not have ordered/ bought the books - they are a birthday gift & would have arrived in good time. I have requested more information from customer service and have received no response to my Queries.
I cancelled my service in person a year ago. I’m Still receiving reminders to pay and have recently had calls by a legal collection agency. I have all the proof that I have suspended my service and the house that the service was provided to has actually been demolished so this is quite crazy: Dear Telkom Customer. Your balance for account 147628090001 is R2464.23 this month and is due on the 15-09-2021. Please log onto Telkom website to make payment. This payment method will ensure immediate transfer of payment. First time users will need to register prior to effecting payment. Please ignore if already paid. Thanks.
I need to sort out a tricky situation re Cession of a life insurance policy to Origin bank, that doesn’t exist anymore. I require confirmation of cancellation of the cession in order to cancel the life insurance policy. This is a matter of urgency I have not received a response to any of my queries. I would appreciate advice.
I have been trying to cancel my Telkom account for some weeks and a total of 10 hours has been spent. I am told I have to do it online but it is absolutely impossible to access. I get keep getting a chat bot who does not give me the option to cancel my account (strange business practice!)
