Bad Service from Boohoo Worldwide shipping -

I ordered shoes on the 10th April 2018, order number UK ********** 32, up to today, I have not received the parcel which was paid for.

I have written to them and I keep receiving emails that do not assist. I would like to claim my money back. They had indicated that I would receive the parcel in 14 days and that has not happen as this is over a month now.
