Dear Hellopeter This is the email I received on the 5th May 2018, after they had indicated 5-14 days, now on this email they are referring to 90 days. Hi Busisiwe, Oh no gutted to hear the order hasn't arrived. As its coming from the UK, your order has to clear through customs before it can go to your postal service. The order hasn't cleared just yet and this is what seems to be causing the delays. I appreciate this isn't ideal however We don't have any control of how long the checks may take and they can hold parcels up to 90 days if they choose to do so. If you could please just wait out, this will be with you as soon as they have finished their checks. As soon as it clears it will track here for you : http://www.southafricanpostoffice.post/. I ordered shoes on the 10th April 2018, order number UK ********** 32, up to today, I have not received the parcel which was paid for. I have written to them and I keep receiving emails that do not assist. I would like to claim my money back. They had indicated that I would receive the parcel in 14 days and that has not happen as this is over a month now. The items you returned/cancelled have now been refunded and we have credited £20.99 to your account, this can take 3-5 working days to show on your bank statement. of which it never happened and the statement to prove was sent
