Lost all my money at Bookmall.co.za

I wanted the book Chaos, and they seemed to be the only one with the book. I created an account with them so that I could purchase the book. I placed the order and received an order number. It was not sent to me it was just a one-time display on their site. Lucky enough I made a screenshot. It was the last time I heard from them. I decided to logon again and check the order and to my horror their site said I have never made a purchase. You can only contact them through an e-mail, and I tried it. At first, they responded telling me that I have two accounts, and the order was placed under a different account. I knew nothing about this account they told me about. Further attempts to contact them were completely ignored and I lost all my money.
