Their Fibre is more offline than online and support is useless. You would call to report an issue only to be told that you would get feedback and then you never hear from them again. On top of that, the support staff always sounds like they know better and they do not let you as a client feel heard. I called one day because my line was down just to be told they could not help me as they were driving. How do you offer a support line if when you call they are unable to assist. I have sent numerous emails to cancel my line and request a refund as I was not even with them for a month to be told their management would contact me back. This was on August 18th. I have sent 4 follow-up emails and still to this day have not received any communication. When you call them they talk over you the whole time and do not give you as THE CLIENT a chance to talk. THIS IS HONESTLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!
