Its a pity employees dont get to choose their own provident fund, the service is horrible and speaking to a supervisor serves no purpose irrespective of the the stipulated time frames. From 60 days according to the Court Order to 120 days and the supervisor says they will try and speed up the process as if they doing a favour. The bad reviews here say a lot about below poor client services, at one stage my number was blocked by the rude receptionist and for your information............ THEIR SERVICE IS WORSE THAN HELL!! Cant wait to wrap up the claim and never set a foot in their business N***!
