I paid on 6/6/23 until today I’m connected for 3 days then have to call back as if I’m begging yet I paid. Gugu the so called team leader who vanishes deliberately instead of assisting clients is not a valuable asset in the team I fail to understand how she was appointed because she’s incapable of executing her duties. Every 3 days there are long calls which I’m sure are not being considered when they make you wait to ask from others which is very irritating especially when you have called more than 20 times begging for services you paid. DStv is nonsense I hope other companies are getting ready to take advantage of the situation in order to cater for people like myself who are fed up from this *******. When you get cut off because of airtime those idiots don’t call you back irrespective of the hour call caused by them *****s N***
Its a pity employees dont get to choose their own provident fund, the service is horrible and speaking to a supervisor serves no purpose irrespective of the the stipulated time frames. From 60 days according to the Court Order to 120 days and the supervisor says they will try and speed up the process as if they doing a favour. The bad reviews here say a lot about below poor client services, at one stage my number was blocked by the rude receptionist and for your information............ THEIR SERVICE IS WORSE THAN HELL!! Cant wait to wrap up the claim and never set a foot in their business N***!
