Stay away from Bos Logistics RSA

If I could I would give Bos Logistics 0 stars. I cannot believe that this company is still operating.

We paid in full up front and they simply did not provide the service we paid for. Our belongings are held up in customs, because Bos logistics did not pay the customs fee. This fee was clearly included in our payment to Bos logistics as stipulated on the invoice, but they never made the payment to NZ customs. They have con'd us out of thousands of Rands and now they ignore our emails and phoning them is pointless. Do not use Bos Logistics for ANY service.
