I received a quote for my SUV for the 120 000 km service. This was very professionally done and I at least knew what the general cost of the service would be. On arrival in the morning Jaco met me and took pics of the car prior to the start of the service. He phoned me within 2 hours to inform me of what was to be serviced on the car and the cost of the service. The service was completed by 2pm and I was duly informed that I may fetch my car. It is the first time I have ever known the actual costs involved prior to the completion of the service and less that from the dealership.
