Bosch Car Service Amtech 🚩🚩🚩 Red flag

I have been running around and I think it's about time I take a step further. My car has been at Bosch Car Service Amtec in Duncanville for over a month. They quoted me close to R20 000 where by the insurance paid them R16500 and I paid the difference. When the quote was approved I was phoned by a lady by the name of Shevon who asked me to pay the difference so they can start with the car. I paid immediately and sent her the proof of payment. On Friday the 26 I went there to check on them as how far are they with the car, they asked me to speak with JJ who promised me that the car will be ready by Tuesday and I said to him I'll come back on Wednesday just to give him a bit of a time. Now JJ is nowhere to be found when I phone they say he's in the meeting he'll phone me back which he never did. When I go there they keep on tell me that he's not at work. When I ask for the manager Pieter he's not there too. No one knows nothing about my car. Even this morning I was there.... No luck. Bosch Car Service Amtec in Duncanville is really failed me and that is dragging the Bosch's name in the mud.
