I bought 2 kits for my kids. Upon inspection I noticed that they delivered wrong sizes, one kit is torn and both of them are ****. To make matters worse they blocked me on all their social media platforms when I informed them about the order. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
This afternoon I was at Evaton Mall then I decided to go to Markham Store to open a Tyme bank business account as the machine at Total Sport was offline. To my surprise the Tyme bank ambassador was busy on his tablet sending or receiving photos as I had to wait for him to finish up. Then I told him that I wanted to open up a Tyme bank business account but I needed some help. He said to me what's it that difficult unless "O hlolwa ke sekgowa" he asked me to log into the app and he asked me what kind of business am I into OR "Ke lo rekisa ditlhwakwana" then I took my phone and I walked out it was between 16:30 and 16:55 when I was in that store. I felt completely DISRESPECTED, UNDERMINED and HUMILIATED. I will fight for every customer to be treated with RESPECT and DIGNITY as this is the kind of service we get across the country.
We used to have 4G all along with no network issues until we got a call from one of the sales consultant from rain. I hate that day tot tot vandag 😡😡😡 and they phoned before and refused the offer then they managed to get hold of my wife. **** experience of my life. And told my wife NOT to take the offer but I assumed that the offer was too good to be true. She took it 💩💩 days of my life. She took the offer in October and we have been experiencing NETWORK issues ever since. And the sad part is we don't owe them 💩 we even pay more than we used pay on 4G. We're on holidays but we have to buy data out of our own pocket where we pay on the other hand for nothing. It's been 8 days with no connection we buy almost 10Gig of data a day. Will rain take accountability on this? I guess not as always. We had the same experience last month where by the consultant told us that we will not going to be billed for days that we didn't usr data but guess what we were debited fully even this month. This is the reference number 5162099 that they gave us last month. And today when we asked for the reference number we were told that the manager is not available. I wonder how come Telcom SA gave rain this tender of rendering a service to it's customers or is it a way of them robbing customers and hide behind rain 💁we don't know. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 for rain South Africa let it known that they don't give **** about us bur money first.
My mother in law bought a Kelvinator 4 plate stove and a Grandiose white kitchen unit back in 2019. The oven doesn't work and the door panel that was delivered was broken up to this day nothing has been fixed. The store manager and the sales lady were made aware of the situation when the goods were delivered and they told us that due to Covid regulations the process might take long. Yes, we understood but it's been 3 years now nothing has been done. 2 weeks ago I went to the store to find out what take them this long, the manager "Meroncia" wasn't even interested I even suggested that they can replace the door panel with the glass panel as the supplier doesn't have those anymore. She looked at me in the eyes with attitude and she said where will she get the glass panel from. I asked her for email address she gave me invalid email 3511@beares.co.za. People must stop buying at Lewis and Beares in Vereeniging branch. They take advantage of their customers. Vereeniging branch 🚩🚩🚩 RED FLAG people must be warned. I sent their head office emails a week ago but they never bothered to come back to us.
I have been running around and I think it's about time I take a step further. My car has been at Bosch Car Service Amtec in Duncanville for over a month. They quoted me close to R20 000 where by the insurance paid them R16500 and I paid the difference. When the quote was approved I was phoned by a lady by the name of Shevon who asked me to pay the difference so they can start with the car. I paid immediately and sent her the proof of payment. On Friday the 26 I went there to check on them as how far are they with the car, they asked me to speak with JJ who promised me that the car will be ready by Tuesday and I said to him I'll come back on Wednesday just to give him a bit of a time. Now JJ is nowhere to be found when I phone they say he's in the meeting he'll phone me back which he never did. When I go there they keep on tell me that he's not at work. When I ask for the manager Pieter he's not there too. No one knows nothing about my car. Even this morning I was there.... No luck. Bosch Car Service Amtec in Duncanville is really failed me and that is dragging the Bosch's name in the mud. If you only know and understand how this whole issue has impacted not only me but family too.
My car had been booked at Bosch Car Services on the 1st of August 2022 for a repair. I have never in my life experienced such a BAD service. When the policy was sold to me I wasn't told that if something happens to my car and I take for a repair I will have to wait for them to send the assessor from their site to inspect the car before they approve the quote. Last week I got a call from Tebogo one of their consultant she asked me to go to Bosch myself and ask for the diagnose report. Mind you I'm very far from Bosch and at my own expense. I've sent them over 7 emails "NO LUCK" I phoned them I don't know how many times, I've been moved from consultant to another "NO HELP" Innovation Group is a scam I trusted them because they are underwritten by Standard Bank. I don't know why I didn't check their Previews first before I took this policy. Bad reviews.
