My experience with Bosch Car Services Carnival Auto in Brakpan was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I trusted their mechanical expertise, skills, and professionalism, but instead I received poor and below-average service despite paying a huge amount of money.
Communication from the workshop was terrible from the beginning. We constantly had to follow up ourselves because there was little to no feedback regarding the progress of the vehicle. The manager’s attitude was unfriendly, dismissive, and unprofessional. As a customer, I felt unwelcome and ignored.
The most shocking part was that when we took the car to their workshop, it was starting perfectly fine. The vehicle only required mechanical and auto-electrical attention, and we had already sorted out the battery issue ourselves. However, after collecting the car from their workshop, the vehicle could no longer start at all — a completely new problem that never existed before.
When we raised our concerns, they became arrogant and insisted they had completed what was agreed upon, without taking responsibility for the new issue created after their work. I eventually had to hire another professional who discovered that the car required programming. Once that was done, the vehicle started and operated fine again.
I honestly feel ********** after paying such a large amount for service that created more problems instead of solving them. My experience with Bosch Car Services Carnival Auto was stressful, costly, and deeply disappointing. I would not recommend them based on the poor communication, lack of accountability, and treatment I received as a customer.
