Extremely Disappointing Experience With Bosch Car Service Carnival Auto Brakpan

My experience with Bosch Car Services Carnival Auto in Brakpan was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I trusted their mechanical expertise, skills, and professionalism, but instead I received poor and below-average service despite paying a huge amount of money. Communication from the workshop was terrible from the beginning. We constantly had to follow up ourselves because there was little to no feedback regarding the progress of the vehicle. The manager’s attitude was unfriendly, dismissive, and unprofessional. As a customer, I felt unwelcome and ignored. The most shocking part was that when we took the car to their workshop, it was starting perfectly fine. The vehicle only required mechanical and auto-electrical attention, and we had already sorted out the battery issue ourselves. However, after collecting the car from their workshop, the vehicle could no longer start at all — a completely new problem that never existed before. When we raised our concerns, they became arrogant and insisted they had completed what was agreed upon, without taking responsibility for the new issue created after their work. I eventually had to hire another professional who discovered that the car required programming. Once that was done, the vehicle started and operated fine again. I honestly feel ********** after paying such a large amount for service that created more problems instead of solving them. My experience with Bosch Car Services Carnival Auto was stressful, costly, and deeply disappointing. I would not recommend them based on the poor communication, lack of accountability, and treatment I received as a customer.

Excellent Service!

Swedespeed Auto I am very impressed with the work they do. I am not a mechanic nor expert in cars but some car's faults can be easily felt when you drive. Thanks to technology even the car itself reports such errors to warn you as a motorist. Swedespeed Auto guys knows what they do. They guide and advise. Outsurance- Cruel and heartles People.

I always watch this company's adverts with great enthusism thinking one day, I will take one of their promising products but after my bad experience with them . I discovered that they are like other bunch of heartless and cruel business people who will make sure they knock you down at all costs. Their Client made a sudden U-Turn out of the blue and unfortunately , I bumped his car. He confirmed that he was pressured to turn immediately as he missed the point where he wanted to turn. Again he confirmed that he is the one contributed to the accident to happen. He help me to claim for third party damage claim. These people denied and refused to pay, presenting all form of senseless excuses to get away with ******. I am very very upset with this company. I will never even attempt to take any of their products. They proved to be cruel and ruthless than I anticipated.

Vodacom - Scam , thieves, they steal your airtime whenever you recharge.

It is very disturbing to learn that companies like Vodacom take advantage of customers ruthlessly. Its been months now observing Airtime deduction everytime I recharge, they claim that , I took airtime in advance which is pure and clean lies. I buy airtime , I buy data bundles. When I called their call centre, they didn't resolve my case, instead they wanted to shift the blame to look as if I am the wrong guy here, while they know very well that they are the ones who rip-off customers mercilessly. If they continue treating customers like this, their competition will knock them down , maybe they treat customers better than they do.

Excellent client service........

Scorpion legal services exceeded my expectations as they were able to recover the money lost from a scam called Trade Farm (PTY) LTD . I was so impressed how quickly they managed to locate and engage with the perpetrators . They instructed them to pay back my money immediately. I have trust in this company for other future legal battles. If they can't assist you they refer your case to the relevant parties to take your case forward.
