I booked my car at Bosch Service Centre Carnival Mall on 30 Oct 2025 for a major service and replacement of engine/gearbox mountings and control arm bushes. I was promised same-day completion. Instead, my car has been delayed for days with poor communication and broken promises.
On Saturday, after being told the car was “ready,” I paid for an Uber to collect it—only to find the workshop locked, staff outside, and they refused to release my car because they were “closed.” I had to Uber back home, again stranded without transport.
This is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unacceptable from a Bosch-branded workshop. I have no confidence in the quality of their work and am escalating the matter to Bosch South Africa, MIOSA, and the National Consumer Commission.
