I booked my car at Bosch Service Centre Carnival Mall on 30 Oct 2025 for a major service and replacement of engine/gearbox mountings and control arm bushes. I was promised same-day completion. Instead, my car has been delayed for days with poor communication and broken promises. On Saturday, after being told the car was “ready,” I paid for an Uber to collect it—only to find the workshop locked, staff outside, and they refused to release my car because they were “closed.” I had to Uber back home, again stranded without transport. This is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unacceptable from a Bosch-branded workshop. I have no confidence in the quality of their work and am escalating the matter to Bosch South Africa, MIOSA, and the National Consumer Commission. (A full written complaint has been sent directly to Bosch and MIOSA for investigation.)
I cancelled my account with rain. They collected their device but still have not repaid my money which they took after I cancelled the damn stupid thing.
When I first heard of rain 5g I contacted them. The first thing they wanted to grab hold of was my money. Which they did (since I agreed to it). But the agreement was on the use of the Data which I never used. They still go every month to debit my account for something I`m not using. I called them several times to cancel this nonsense and they still wont cancel. This is bull s#*t!
