I was charged R3,500 for a so‑called major service that failed to meet industry standards. Key items like spark plugs and transmission fluid checks were missing, leaving only the basics like oil and filter changes. On top of that, the invoice was padded with vague disclaimers and recommendations without transparency on costs or whether the work was even done.
To make matters worse, my official Suzuki service booklet was mishandled - mileage was recorded incorrectly and then scratched out. This is a legal and technical record that protects warranty and resale value, and tampering with it shows negligence and disregard for professionalism.
Between incomplete services, tampered records, and lack of transparency, Bosch Car Service is undermining customer trust. With this nonsense they are currently doing, one has to ask: why are they still in business?
