WORST CAR SERVICE EVER - Why Is Bosch Still in Business?
I was charged R3,500 for a so‑called major service that failed to meet industry standards. Key items like spark plugs and transmission fluid checks were missing, leaving only the basics like oil and filter changes. On top of that, the invoice was padded with vague disclaimers and recommendations without transparency on costs or whether the work was even done. To make matters worse, my official Suzuki service booklet was mishandled - mileage was recorded incorrectly and then scratched out. This is a legal and technical record that protects warranty and resale value, and tampering with it shows negligence and disregard for professionalism. Between incomplete services, tampered records, and lack of transparency, Bosch Car Service is undermining customer trust. With this nonsense they are currently doing, one has to ask: why are they still in business?

Formal Complaint Regarding Unjustified Premium Increase and Inability to Cancel Policy
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the recent increase in my insurance premium with Pineable Insurance, as well as the ongoing inability to cancel my policy through your system. My monthly premium was increased from R1,082 to R2,364, which is an unreasonably steep increase without sufficient explanation, justification, or prior consultation. Such a drastic adjustment places an unnecessary financial burden on customers and raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency in pricing. Furthermore, when attempting to cancel my policy due to this increase, I discovered that your system does not provide an option to cancel. This makes the process unnecessarily difficult and gives the impression of deliberate stalling tactics, preventing customers from exercising their right to discontinue a service. A system that allows sign-ups but restricts cancellations undermines customer trust and does not reflect good business practice.

Refusing to activate ported number
I ported to MTN from Telkom and I must say it seems like I have lost my number and my life has been stuck , it is been a full week since doing that and MTN does not seem to care nor resolve the issue.

YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH FNB!!!
There are always funny transactions and discrepancies in FNB accounts . First concern is that you will sleep with a positive balance and wake up with a negative , it happens almost every week and when you ask their secure chat there will always give you their case reference numbers telling you that a case has been logged, multiple case numbers given with no feedback but yet the problem occures, I even moved my secondary income to the other bank because of this issue .Another issue is their ineffective debit card dispute system I think FNB is making money from this process , imagine having to pay a card replacement fee of 160 rands every time when you have to reorder a new card due to *****ulent card transactions. Their virtual card is always compromised as well and they know and won’t take accountability for any loss or whatever due strange transactions, in simple sentence YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH FNB! I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my query by Momentum. Despite numerous interactions with various agents, including Sifiso Shange and Salamina, I have consistently received false promises and incorrect deadlines. This lack of accountability and transparency raises serious concerns about the company's ethics and commitment to customer satisfaction. Moreover, it highlights the potential vulnerability of policyholders' dependents, who may face significant challenges in resolving claims or accessing benefits. Personally, I would not recommend Momentum to others due to these unacceptable experiences

Unresolved Issue: Broken Promises and Delay Tactics
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the handling of my initial complaint (Reference Number: [54****]). Unfortunately, Momentum has failed to uphold its promises, and I have been subjected to unnecessary delays and stalling tactics. Initial Complaint: On 23rd of October 2024, I reported a simple issue regarding correct allocation of 2 pot seeding Your representative assured me that it would be resolved within a week. Broken Promises: 1. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. 2. Your team has consistently failed to meet promised deadlines. 3. I have received conflicting information from different representatives. Stalling Tactics: 1. Unnecessary transfers between departments, leading to repeated explanations. 2. Unresponsive periods, forcing me to reinitiate contact. I expect Momentum to adhere to its commitments and resolve my issue promptly. The prolonged delay and lack of transparency have eroded my trust in your organization.
