I am currently having a horrible experience with a bosch service censor in Centurion. They keep on fixing my car and within a period of a month it breaks again and they are not coming up with a right diagnosis.i then took the problem up with Bosch head office.The guy who is Paul Lopes who is assigned to assist me and help with my case,is clearly an advocate for the franchise in question. He is blaming it all to my car.the scratches and none service I'm getting.The fact that the complaint form stipulates the 48 hours turn around time from the shop in question to resolve the issue.Mr Lopes said it in my face that they are not compelled to do so.Bosch customer care you can do better by fixing and not letting the Lopes of this world's to bully instead of fixing.Thank you Ria for trying to help, but Lopes is not speaking nice about you..011 6519655
