I am currently having a horrible experience with a bosch service censor in Centurion. They keep on fixing my car and within a period of a month it breaks again and they are not coming up with a right diagnosis.i then took the problem up with Bosch head office.The guy who is Paul Lopes who is assigned to assist me and help with my case,is clearly an advocate for the franchise in question. He is blaming it all to my car.the scratches and none service I'm getting.The fact that the complaint form stipulates the 48 hours turn around time from the shop in question to resolve the issue.Mr Lopes said it in my face that they are not compelled to do so.Bosch customer care you can do better by fixing and not letting the Lopes of this world's to bully instead of fixing.Thank you Ria for trying to help, but Lopes is not speaking nice about you..011 6519655
In January of 2021 I posted a parcel with Postnet Hennopspark and it was lost,they told me to submit the invoice for a claim Apparently they claim via Aramex. A lady in Aramex called Annalee she is the one who does claims and a very incompetent person.She does not answer emails and calls and till today I am still waiting for the response from them.Postnet is not a good company to place your parcels with.
I have a very bad bad experience with Mobile talk campany that sold me a Telkom router and this bad experience makes me even resent using the telkom router that I took on contract with them. They delivered a router that they called and offered to me via a 24 month contract for R139.00 a month for 10 gig a month,only to find out they will also send a R40.00 sim card for 500 mb that l did not oder. I took this matter to Telkom Wonderboom and they were unable to help same as Telkom in kolonnade mall and telkom in East London hermingsway mall. When l call the call center of mobile talk they asked me why l took long to call them and they dropped my call. I want to reverse their debit oder since no one who wants to help.
<p>On the 6th of March 2017 l laid a complaint with Aramex in Silverton about a parcel that l dropped in one of their Sinovile pick n pay drop box.</p> <p>Parcel when it reached Vryheid it was opened and my plastic bag was inside an Aramex bag that is not available in Pick n Pay only available to Aramex Employees and an I term was removed from my parcel and l showed Aramex Silverton these 2 plastic bag pictures.</p> <p>After numerous calls and emails to them they took 2 and half weeks investigating,they just said there is no insurance to drop boxes and in this case its different because not the whole parcel was stolen or lost only one I term that was intentionally removed and an Aramex Employee replaced my bag with a barcoded Aramex bag that is not available for people to buy from Pick n Pay.Aramex are bad bad people.</p>
