I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Bosch Service Centre near Carnival Mall. The experience was unprofessional from start to finish. The management team was rude, short-tempered, and completely unable to reason or communicate effectively. Their behaviour was dismissive and disrespectful, and they showed no interest in resolving the issues I raised. The service I paid for was not delivered as agreed, and when I questioned the discrepancies, management offered no solution whatsoever—only hostility and poor attitude. It is unacceptable for a service centre operating under the Bosch brand to treat customers this way. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this service centre and consider alternative Bosch-approved workshops. Until Bosch South Africa intervenes and addresses the conduct and service quality of this branch, customers deserve to be warned
