Worst Service ever!!! Unprofessional and poor management!! Took my car in for normal service and THEY recommended to change brake pads & disc. The car came back with wobbly discs when braking, had to take it back twice!! They told us that APPARENTLY there was harsh braking done on the discs and discs changed colour (never heard of that in my life) when I asked them for the diagnosis results and job card we were told it's locked in an office and she does not have access. I asked to speak to the mechanic to get clarity. instead we were told customers cannot speak to the mechanics to ask what they did on the car?? I left there defeated and clueless, manager (Rodney) does not answer my calls!! TAKE YOUR CAR AT YOUR OWN RISK, you will pay thousands for nothing.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Bosch Service Centre near Carnival Mall. The experience was unprofessional, everything started well when I dropped off the vehicle for what was deemed a "major service". The management team was rude, short-tempered, and completely unable to reason or communicate effectively. Their behaviour was dismissive and disrespectful, and they showed no interest in resolving the issues I raised. The service I paid for was not delivered as agreed, and when I questioned the discrepancies, management offered no solution whatsoever only hostility and poor attitude. It is unacceptable for a service centre operating under the Bosch brand to treat customers this way. I was even cut off and blocked from their "managers number". Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this service centre and consider alternative Bosch-approved workshops. Until Bosch South Africa intervenes and addresses the conduct and service quality of this branch, customers deserve to be warned

I took my car to this workshop to replace front wheel bearings on 23/01/2024. Upon receiving my car, I noticed that there is a banging noise coming from the right front wheel/shock area. I took the car back and was told that the shock mounting is damaged/broken. It was not damaged/broken when I took the car to them as the only noise on the car was the wheel bearing noise. After about an hour of trying to sort out the noise I left and then noticed that the ABS and Traction Control lights stayed on. I took the car back on 25/01/2024 and the technician told me that the ABS Sensor is faulty, once again there was nothing wrong with the sensor as I have been driving the car for more than 2 years and the lights never came on, the lights only came on after they worked on the car. They do not own up to mistakes they make and expect clients to pay more for extra damages created by them. Sandero Stepway 2017

Bosch Carnival Mall Dalpark in Brakpan with the terrible experience and uncertified customer Service I had with a Mr. Easy the Administrator, on the 03rd of January 2024 I booked my car for Cam-belt timing position or alignment and oil check leakage as the Vehicle was not running it was brought by Tow truck. Form on the Job card was filled and it was even stated that Cambelt and oil leakage check. Job was done. I had to collect the Vehicle on 11th of January 2024 the vehicle had engine lights and oil leakage I called Mr. He advised me to bring in the car on the 12th of January 2024 the following days and I even took pictures to show him that the car is leaking. He then said I should wash the engine and come back with the car on the 15th of January 2024 "Monday" for them to fix the oil leakage. The Vehicle was returned on Tuesday 16th of January 2024, with the washed engine and leakage of oil with Engine Lights, Mr. Eazi i informed him that am on my way with the car, he then said he won't be able to check the car, it's not their fault that the car is leaking and the engine lights he did his job i must go else where or do quotes with them i will be charged again with a loud, arrogance voice and very disrespectful and he even mentioned how unexperienced I am that why the car was not starting, to him it was a simple thing with the experience that I am an amateur and he make sure that he even call other guy just to yell and defend themselves and stating how unexperienced I am and they know lot about cars. A total amount of R6500 was paid, as per their job card and is still stacked with oil leakage and engine light that doesn't go off and the Vehicle does not have power like before. I am not satisfied with their services and I felt being disrespected. White Volvo V40 T3 2012 1.6 Registration CF 31 PK GP.

Do yourself a favor "DO NOT GO TO THIS BOSCH" rather go to Bosch Boksburg or Alberton. They got a kaaaaak attitudes especially because the branches are independently owned and you cannot escalade them any further than the particular branch. The reception lady "Chantel" who drives a blue Corsa is the part of the illiterate and incompetent employee they have who is rude. Again I repeat "DO NOT GO THERE" you will end up spending more than what you thought. I been spending the whole day trying to get where I can escalade them. I will just have to also put a review on hello peter. Hopefully RMI office will assist as these kind of Branches need to be completely closed.
