You might as well go to the shady dealer in Johannesburg. GUYS BECAREFUL BUYING CARS AT THIS dealer. I Bought a NP200 2020 model in which I was told that on the OTP they are only referring to only Minor scratches and dents which were done to it. Even though I specifically asked whether the car has ever had major Damage, and they denied it. 5months down the line with less that 2000kms driven on the car I tried selling the car to NASH NISSAN Alberton and it was discovered that the right back fender was damaged and that the was major work done on the car (I went to a different dealer which also confirmed this and both mentioned that this should have been disclosed and is considered as "due diligence"). When I called the Sales person by the name of Maurice from CMH NISSAN MIDRAND and told him about it he still denied the claim. I brought the car back to them and the evaluator also saw this. Maurice still had the nerve to send me a voice note denying this Job and tried to pin this on me, I then decided to call his manager (NICO GROBLER) who later on confirmed that "yes" the was a major Job on the car. Instead of taking accountability they want to offer me a Trans Union trade offer which now results me in loosing over 60k. I escalated this to the Ombudsman come to find out even though I have valid case the ombudsman only covers the Mechanical side of things and now this must go to the high court. Now all of these guys are dealers and are aware of this and take advantage of it on customers. I cannot say anything about CMH as a whole but I am specifically referring to CMH NISSAN. DO NOT TRUST THAT GROUP, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LYERS AND DO NOT COMPLY TO THE CONSUMER ACT NO 6 IN TERMS THE "RIGHT TO FAIR AND HONEST DEALING" AND KNOW VERY WELL THAT NISSAN SOUTH AFRICA CANNOT GET REALLY INVOLVED IN SUCH ISSUES. I will update this chat as I proceed the legally and escalate it to the highest level!
Do yourself a favor "DO NOT GO TO THIS BOSCH" rather go to Bosch Boksburg or Alberton. They got a kaaaaak attitudes especially because the branches are independently owned and you cannot escalade them any further than the particular branch. The reception lady "Chantel" who drives a blue Corsa is the part of the illiterate and incompetent employee they have who is rude. Again I repeat "DO NOT GO THERE" you will end up spending more than what you thought. I been spending the whole day trying to get where I can escalade them. I will just have to also put a review on hello peter. Hopefully RMI office will assist as these kind of Branches need to be completely closed.
Unfortunately the overall staff makes a company and I do not want to associate the overall experience on the rubbish attitude that I got from Kaletso and Patrick which are working at the spares sales department. Unfortunately I am giving the branch a 0 Satisfaction. I have escalated this matter to Isuzu South Africa and waiting for feedback and follow through in finding out wether my issues gets sorted or pushed under the carpet which I will update everyone on google and Hellopeter. I would advise the branch to record the calls and also give and option to rate individuals to get rid of the bed apples the cost a company customers.
