Bosch Carnival Mall Dalpark in Brakpan with the terrible experience and uncertified customer Service I had with a Mr. Easy the Administrator, on the 03rd of January 2024 I booked my car for Cam-belt timing position or alignment and oil check leakage as the Vehicle was not running it was brought by Tow truck. Form on the Job card was filled and it was even stated that Cambelt and oil leakage check. Job was done. I had to collect the Vehicle on 11th of January 2024 the vehicle had engine lights and oil leakage I called Mr. He advised me to bring in the car on the 12th of January 2024 the following days and I even took pictures to show him that the car is leaking. He then said I should wash the engine and come back with the car on the 15th of January 2024 "Monday" for them to fix the oil leakage. The Vehicle was returned on Tuesday 16th of January 2024, with the washed engine and leakage of oil with Engine Lights, Mr. Eazi i informed him that am on my way with the car, he then said he won't be able to check the car, it's not their fault that the car is leaking and the engine lights he did his job i must go else where or do quotes with them i will be charged again with a loud, arrogance voice and very disrespectful and he even mentioned how unexperienced I am that why the car was not starting, to him it was a simple thing with the experience that I am an amateur and he make sure that he even call other guy just to yell and defend themselves and stating how unexperienced I am and they know lot about cars. A total amount of R6500 was paid, as per their job card and is still stacked with oil leakage and engine light that doesn't go off and the Vehicle does not have power like before. Good Day To whom it may concern kindly note that am not happy with Ms. Charlene Grant, on the 11th of December 2023 around 15h28 Benoni snake Road & Devalt Highton road via Actonville Off Ramp Robot were off, i queued on traffic and when it was my turn, a white Hyundai grand i10 Registration CY 298-806 never stopped on the robot, drove over my rear left back wheel and back bumper on my silver golf Vw Cross Polo left airbag came out and her right front bumper hit my Polo . We stopped she then confess that she was on the phone call, she never stopped at the robot as she was rushing to Pretoria Zambezi Adults words branch to her boss " Mr. John Myberg" was expecting her to report there at the Office, as she was from Carnival Mall with her Friend. During the incident scene while she was in shock at that moment then i asked her to calm down and call someone whom she will be comfortable with, as she explained that she do not trust black people informal settlement, then i had to calm her down so she can come out at the car, her friend arrived then he said we do not have to worry about the accident, she and him they know towing truck whom can assist with the insurance claim and towing services i must not worry with the situation. Then I let them call the Towing truck 'Second Towing Service' from Brakpan 52 queen Ave, as they promised that they will assist with the insurance claiming and they will also take me to my place and she promised me that we will go to the police station the following morning to write accident statements as she was rushing to fetch her kids from school and she is not in a good state to write an accident statement. Then I was surprised when she did not call me as promised in the morning, I had to call her to confirm the appointment as promised but she gave an excuse and said she already wrote a statement. So I had to go to Benoni police Station where she wrote an accident report and I found that in her incident report she said I am the one who hit her/wrong, i then had to also write a statement of what exactly happened, After i went to the towing service in Brakpan to check my car and i was advised to take it home as the statement are clashing because she reported falsely and I had to pay R6000 for my car to be released and also avoid storage fees. On the 13th December I went to the Zambezi Pretoria Office to inform her Superior/Manager, and I did not find any help , even today no one contacted me regarding the accident. And no one has given me information about the insurance claim logged. All i need is for my car to be fixed as Ms. Grant promised at the scene as she was wrong, i have attached pictures of the bumped cars and the incident reports i got at the police station. have brought in my car Volvo V40 T3elite 2012 model Registration number: CF 31 PK GP for Water Pump replacement on Thursday 29th of July 2021 at Bosch Service Alberton City at 07:30 was supposed to collect it at 16:00 - 16:30 or if any sooner they will let me know as per agreement.Friday i called they said the car will be ready on saturday before 13h00,saturday around 10h00 i received a call that say waterpump has been fitted but however Cambelt Tensioner is broken and there's one bolt missing on the Alternator the price will have to increase, then i said it is fine they must do so i will pay and then they said my car will be ready on monday 2nd of August 2021. On the 3rd of August 2021 i went to Bosch Service Workshop to check the progress only to found out that they have assembled the entire engine still the car wasn't ready, then i had to ask on of their Technician Vusi about the progress he showed me a socket spanner that they had to grind to take out the Sparkling plugs that's what delayed them to finish the car same monday. Then I had to ask if they are struggling by fixing the car, i can take it to another Workshop Dealer with a Tow Truck then they promised that by tomorrow morning they will be done. On the 04th August 2021 i send my wife to fetch the car as i was working, on the following day i had to go to Mpumalanga with the car while driving there, the Car starts to misfire and there was water leaking,i refill the water and that's when i realised that the coil pack were loose.Thats when i took the car back to Bosch service on the 10 August around 09h00 and show the Technician Vusi who was tasked to fix my car and Dominique Office Administrator the loose Coil Packs and Water leakage.same day i got a call from Dominique that my car is ready for collection they have tighten up the loose coil packs, when i got there i wanted to confirm that the coil packs are tighten, only to found out that they fogged different bolt from the coil packs, i asked Vusi why the bolt are different them he mentioned that my Coil Pack Carrier have threats are finished he had to creat new threats by fosting differents bolts to hold the Coil Pack and one bolt were missing.My car never had any coil pack problem it was only waterpump and now i have to buy Ignition Coil Pack Carrier that was Broken by Vusi the Technician. Thursday Morning on the 12th of August 2021 i drove the car to work then again the car starts to misfire,i drove to their workshop again and we had a meeting with their Manager Llewellyn, Dominique and Vusi, i explained what happened and their Manager Mr Llewellyn he suggested that the car must be Diagnosed again to see what's the problem with the car it was showing the loose plug number 2 is the main reason why the car is misfiring, they swapped the plugs still it was showing plugs number 2 is the cause of the misfiring.Then they took out the plugs only to find that it was cracked because of the loose coil pack according to the Technician Vusi, he even claimed that the sparkling plugs are not the same. So i had to ask why the same loose Coil Pack plug is cracked, then Dominique couldn't know what could actually transpired and i had to call Mr Llewellyn and ask him why i am experiencing misfiring after they just fitted the water pump, then i send an invoice to Dominique to prove that the sparkling plugs were changed 8 months ago when i send it for major service last year december, Then Mr Llewellyn suggested that we must have a meeting tomorrow on the 13th of august 2021. On Friday the 13th August 2021 i drove to Bosch Service again to show them that my car is misfiring,they then suggested that they must quote me with the new plugs, New set of Coil packs and the broken Coil Pack Carrier that they broke at my expense. I then pay for the coil pack carrier and plugs.The Coil Pack apparently their supplier would bring them on monday,Saturday 14th August 2021 i was promised to get car and on monday they only gonna fit the new coil packs and around 8 i went to fact the car,they then said it was not fixed and that's when i get angry take my car to their workshop while is still misfiring. Then I asked for my refund. They said 16th August 2021 around 12h00 my money will be in because their Accountant only works Monday to Friday. Then on Monday around 12h00 my call said I will get the money tomorrow referring to 17th August 2021 and I had to call them because no one was communicating with me. My car only went for Water Pump replacement but it ended up being misfiring and i had to pay for the damage they caused.

Last year on the 7th of December 2018 12h00, i had an appointment of my car for repairs at Volvo Auto Balit East Rand Mall and the car was towed to their workshop as it wasn't driving. When i follow up on December 2018 Mr Renaldo told me that they had given their staff leaves as they dont have enough man power they will fix the car first week of January. As i was suprised why would they book the car whereas they dont have man power because i would have taken it to another workshops and i said to myself is fine. Come first week of January 2019 they called and say my vehicle has a top gasket problem, after they fitted the Top Gasket still the car couldn't driver and they called again saying i need i new block because my pistols are damaged and they fitted a new Block the car wasn't idling very well and oil was leaking on the sail. On February 2019 they said is Oil pump problem i need to buy new one, after Oil pump they said the injectors are now problem they were the Cause thats why my car was not driving, they fitted the injectors and still the car was idling bad "misfiring". March 2019 I got another all again saying the Top Gasket is the problem. Am starting to think that they they dont know how to fix the car my reason for talking it to Volvo is because i didnt want to deal with amutuers seems as if am dealing with one now. I went to the workshop tried to complian about the matter i spoke with Julien asking to speak with Amanda louw they said i need book for appointment to talk with her and i even took her numbers when i call she doesn't pick up her phone or return my calls. Please intervene as am struggling on my daily basis to go to work. I wrote this for the second time and no one has ever helped me.
My Volvo V40 T3 elite 2012 Registration CF 31 PK GP was misfiring i book in at Volvo Autobalit Eastrand Mall on the 7th of December 2018, 11h00 o'clock the person who assisted me with booking is Mr Makhurha,i brought the car into their workshop till today they still fixing it and ive asked to talk with their Manager Mr Renaldo Vermaak.which he Assured me that i will get the car by first week of January 2019 and today is first week of February 2019 when ever i call they promised lies and i wanted to take the car to the other Volvo Agencies but they keep on say this week i will get the car.please intervien i am treated unfairly because my car will be at their workshop now for 2month because of their lies and is not for the first time they treated me this way while the car was on motor plan my Cigarate lighter was broked they booked me in, when i brought the car they ddint fix it and they keep on saying i should come of which i did.Their contacts are ********** mobile for Mr Renaldo is ********** .
