Had an amazing experience with this company. Took my car in for repairs after someone drove into me. I was updated on the progress every day. I want to say a special thank you to Razeena for exceptional service and friendliness. I would recommend this company to everyone who wants to have their vehicle restored to showroom condition. I took my car to this workshop to replace front wheel bearings on 23/01/2024. Upon receiving my car, I noticed that there is a banging noise coming from the right front wheel/shock area. I took the car back and was told that the shock mounting is damaged/broken. It was not damaged/broken when I took the car to them as the only noise on the car was the wheel bearing noise. After about an hour of trying to sort out the noise I left and then noticed that the ABS and Traction Control lights stayed on. I took the car back on 25/01/2024 and the technician told me that the ABS Sensor is faulty, once again there was nothing wrong with the sensor as I have been driving the car for more than 2 years and the lights never came on, the lights only came on after they worked on the car. They do not own up to mistakes they make and expect clients to pay more for extra damages created by them. Sandero Stepway 2017
Bought 4 custom-made anime shirts from them in November, and 2 days after I received the shirts, the printed pictures started delaminating and shriveled up. I tried contacting them without any luck. I paid almost R 2000 for the 4 shirts, including delivery costs. I will not recommend them to anyone as the after sales service is non excisting and there is no way of contacting them except for a WhatsApp number
Not happy with the service I received from your online upgrade call centre. I got a call on 28 December 2022 at 16:18 informing me that my number was due for an upgrade. I asked the agent if there will be an early upgrade fee and he said no vecause I am doing an online upgrade. On 29 December at 8:05 another agent contacted me to process the upgrade, not a word was mentioned about early upgrade. Everything was completed and approved, phones delivered etc. On 17 January 2023 I received an invoice statting that I need to pay an early upgrade fee for both contracgs. This is unethical and not how a loyal customer is suppose to be treated. I will surely not upgrade any of my contracts again as I will cancel as soon as I get the option
I would like to thank all the staff at American Swiss Clearwater Mall. You guys really do go the extra mile and always attend to customers with a smile. You did what no other branch wanted to do. Thank you and please keep up the good work.
