Subpar Repair
Subpar workmanship. They removed the dents fine, but my bonnet wasn't attached properly ( loose bolts ) and there is a crack in my door rim from removal. The only reason this isn't a 1 Star is because my representative, Lindiwe is a star in her own right

Subpar Repair

Exceptional service
Had an amazing experience with this company. Took my car in for repairs after someone drove into me. I was updated on the progress every day. I want to say a special thank you to Razeena for exceptional service and friendliness. I would recommend this company to everyone who wants to have their vehicle restored to showroom condition. Great job guys

I have had a great experience with BB cars. From my first interaction till I collected my vehicle. The staff were friendly and very efficient, they kept me updated regularly and also had my car ready sooner than the expected collection date.

Bought a np200 from them, got the canopy wrong, broke keys, manager promised to call me and im still waiting for the call... k@k diens. There is other dealerships that will give you service for your money, do not use bb hatfield. You have been warn.

Nose guard for Mazda CX3
I purchased a Mazda CX3 from BB Mazda in Polokwane in August 2019. They charged me for a nose guard which I never received from them. Every time I contact them, they have some story why they cannot deliver my nose guard. I spoke to the salesman and the manager and they promises to sort it out and phone me back to keep me updated. They never phone. I must always phone them. I did not request the nose guard, they told me that they added it into the total and that they do not have stock at the moment but will receive it within the next week. 6 Months down the line and they still did not deliver my nose guard. According to my contract, they added R1000.00 for the guard. This is unacceptable. Please refund my money to deliver the guard.

a wonderful experience we had.
Me and my lady had a wonderful experience as first timer buyers of a financed car. We been thinking that we do not qualify and it's not for us. But after my brother told me about an advert or post on facebook from the sales assistant at BB used cars. Saying that they help people like us to get their dream cars... The lady was Zikhona and she was just wonderful, we got the car within 5 day, got all the papers and double disc in no time... I was so impressed I had to share with the world. The staff from management to the cleaning lady made me feel so special when I was at their shop. They all deserve a special shout out for their incredible work ethics they have. Salute!!!!
