Mediocre service by Mogie (EuroTents)
Mediocre service. I came with an image (Aluminium frames and perspex) from their company EuroTents and asked if they could manufacture a similar for me. I travelled from abroad to order with their agent Mogie, the payment was delayed then after receiving their money I went through weeks of silent treatment. I travelled back twice to see if I was ****med over R500000. And I met with her who was unapologetic. When I finally shipped my product, I got a totally different product. - The frame was resized without informing me, I had to break and re-build my concrete floor, - she then tells me that they sell the frames without anchor bolts which I had to now purchase separately when I did ask for it in my order. - she never sends the assembly drawings so we had to figure it out ourselves - I received tarp instead of aluminium and perspex which I ordered when bringing the image from their website to her (mind you I printed it and gave her a copy) - I couldn't even send it back because of the freight and customs costs. I ended up removing the tarp and modifying the whole thing Never again for me.

Bad Quality manufacturing
Hi Please just a heads up do not in any way or time even consider this company to make any tent for you, i ordered a dome tent from them and the tent is not even make to any standards, the size is all wrong the one panel is bigger than the other, the clips came in small bag and they spring steel type so you cant crimp them with normal pliers , so i contact them today 28/11/2022 regarding this and they have all non supportive attitude towards my complain, So basic they say sorry you paid you got a tent not our problem if its not working. they did pitch tent but on shop floor with out clips even and say this is correct, been a old camper i know how to pitch a tent and this one you can not even make shift try to fix , so again please stay way from this company WAREHOUSE DIVISION CC T/A BOSS TENTS

Boss tents with bad service
My name is Pat Mbuzo and my numer is 0720932818, I am very angry write now with this company, I bought quit number of things from them in January 2022 and it took 6 months to get my order and guess what after the 6 months of waiting some other items were not there and they promised to send them soon , and it’s been another 5 months from the 6 months of waiting , I still have not received them. In total it’s almost a year of waiting, what kind of service is that. The worst part is that I don’t get any feedback or update as to what’s going on I am the one who must contact them all the time to find out. The boss does not even return my calls not my what’s app messages. The sales person is in East London and her name is Shereen +27 83 786 6295 and the most don’t care manager is based in Durban is Muzzar: Muzzar@bosstenrs.co.za , +27 81 749 1588. I have never ever Received this kind of service before, to wait for 12 months?? After you have paid in full? I don’t wish for anyone not even my enemy for that matter to buy from these people. Please help me as you always do for us as consumers

Boss tents
Bought tents from them. Tent do not fit the frame. They promise to fix but dont. As soon as they jave your money their attitude change. Pictures and products dont match. Managers do not call you back. Google them before you buy. They trade under diferent names.

On the 26 September 2018, i went to the boss tents , looking for mobile freezer , Sales lady by the name of Sandra assist me , I requested a mobile freezer and i asked size as there was no freezers in the store , when i ask about size she told me that is the same size with Tent Technics and they get from the same supplier (Mobile freezer size L.2.4mx W1.8mxH2.0m , not less than L2.4mxW1.6m x H1.8m) I went to the store on several occasions (every Thursday ) , keeps on promising . One day i went to the store and found one mobile freezer ( printed nokotswene trading ) which was delivered for another customer ( size L2.00 x W1.6x H1.8) As you can see the picture with mobile chiller on the trailer, is too small for that money of which is L 2.00 xW1.6xH1.4 they say is what i have ordered What i want a Mobile freezer have a compressor ( make ice ) and Mobile freezer size L.2.4mx W1.8mxH2.0m , not less than L2.4mxW1.6m x H1.8m What they deliver to their store - mobile chiller have condenser and i too small I requested refunds and they refuse and force me to take small mobile chillers of which i did not order

<div>I work in Zambia with an NGO and tried to purchase a tent from Boss Tents. They told me I would receive the tent 7-10 days after wiring the funds. I wired the funds within 24 hours. I heard nothing. I called, emailed and Whats Apped for 2 weeks after receiving the receipt marked 'pd in full'. They promised to call back as the original agent was on leave. No one called. At three weeks, I asked for a refund if they could not get the order taken care of. I received a 5 word email to send my shipping address. I sent the shipping address and heard nothing. Several days later, I again emailed asking for someone to let me know what was happening. The agent told me that the tent was with the transporter and I had not paid in full. After another couple messages from my end, I found out that I had mistaken the quote and paid in Rand and not USD. This took 1 month for them to figure out and tell me. I was frustrated and told the agent so, who told me it was my fault. Then proceeded to 'yell and scream' at me over Whats App for several days. I had asked to speak to a manager at several points and was refused. My only contact was this agent and when I called the main number they always put me through to her. My partners and I decided that we did not feel confident in working with a company such as this and cancelled our order. Immediately after this, someone called on the original agents WhatsApp line and identified himself as the general manager. I told him I had lost confidence in them as a legit business, and asked him to send me his name and work line via What's App. He did not, but a few hours later (in the middle of the night my time), I received 2 calls from people who told me they were satisfied customers. Needless to say, we cancelled our order. They refused to refund the monies that were already sent. </div>
