My name is Pat Mbuzo and my numer is 0720932818, I am very angry write now with this company, I bought quit number of things from them in January 2022 and it took 6 months to get my order and guess what after the 6 months of waiting some other items were not there and they promised to send them soon , and it’s been another 5 months from the 6 months of waiting , I still have not received them. In total it’s almost a year of waiting, what kind of service is that. The worst part is that I don’t get any feedback or update as to what’s going on I am the one who must contact them all the time to find out. The boss does not even return my calls not my what’s app messages. The sales person is in East London and her name is Shereen +27 83 786 6295 and the most don’t care manager is based in Durban is Muzzar: Muzzar@bosstenrs.co.za , +27 81 749 1588. I have never ever Received this kind of service before, to wait for 12 months?? After you have paid in full? I don’t wish for anyone not even my enemy for that matter to buy from these people. Please help me as you always do for us as consumers
Hi There <br> <br> I booked a ticket from Durban to East London, it was a return ticket , I then canceled the ticket prior my departure due to unforeseen circumstances , I phoned grayhound eastern cape and they gave me JHB number , I spoke to the lady Mpho [Email Removed] and she asked me to send an email which I did and she asked me to confirm the card that made the booking . and after that I have never heard from this lady nor grayhound when I call the call Centre its endless promises that they will come back to me until now , I am soo furious and hate them soo much and prepared to spread the word about their pathetic service and empty promises <br> <br> I want my money !!!
