On Sunday 8th December I was supposed to have a reservation for a large group of 25 pax. The booking was confirmed via email as I needed to complete a form and also had to pay a deposit. We rocked up an hour prior to the booking only to realise the booking was never confirmed and my name/details were not on the reservation list. This has caused a great inconvenience as it was my daughters birthday and this was just added stress. They confirmed then that there would be tables available as they would "make a plan" but at the end we had to sit at different tables and not as a group. The bill then came and that was also a ***** up. Very disappointed in Bossa Burgundy Estate and how they handled their mistake they made.
