Service was non-existent.
We ordered our food 4 times - and received our food almost 5hrs later only. Table to our left received 2 orders in this time, table to our right changed clients twice.
The waitress (Abigail) was rude, *********** and had the nerve to laugh whilst walking away after we complained. She was also only seen twice during this entire time.
We did, however, receive our bill TWICE, almost instantly after asking for it. At least you jump and run when it comes to your money.
The manager explained it away as "Monday caught us off-guard". We received our food 15min after finally getting hold of a manager, who then placed the order which was obviously never placed, and only got back to us to let us know "It's being plated right now". PS - my cheese slice wasn't melted yet.
Monday, festive season, pay-day, should not catch you off-guard.
Your staff should be properly trained, and friendlier. And Abigail should DEFINITELY not be in any roll where she deals with clients, at all. It is utterly disrespectful to walk away grinning and laughing after a complaint - how about an apology? Which might (MAYBE) have saved your tip and DEFINITELY the restaurants bad review.
