My friends and I arrived around 4 and ordered food and for some reason we sat there for 3 hours WAITING! How could you do that and obtop of that they told us that they only put in our order at 10 past 6... we got there at 4! ..seriously? Fix that, fix that! Fix that that's seriously worst thing you can do, what's wrong g with you?

So me and my sisters decided to try out Bossa at Crossings , Mbombela. Big mistake. We experienced the worst service ever. The waiters were okay but the manager and the short bar man were extremely rude. I made a mistake of not checking their names. Firstly they charged my sisters ****tail the full amount during happy hour, when we asked why, we were not given a clear explanation. The ****tails we ordered had no alcohol at all, when we told the manager, he came with a **** smile and told us there’s nothing he can do. We ordered more, same thing. The nice lady (Mbali) decided to call the bar man. He was not making sense and then he told us he has customers waiting for him. Were we not paying customers? Then the other bar man came , I forgot his name but I think it was Izzy, he’s tall and dark. He explained everything in a polite manner and made the drink from scratch, I really appreciated that. Anyways I will never set my foot at Bossa and I will sure tell people my experience.

Service was non-existent. We ordered our food 4 times - and received our food almost 5hrs later only. Table to our left received 2 orders in this time, table to our right changed clients twice. The waitress (Abigail) was rude, *********** and had the nerve to laugh whilst walking away after we complained. She was also only seen twice during this entire time. We did, however, receive our bill TWICE, almost instantly after asking for it. At least you jump and run when it comes to your money. The manager explained it away as "Monday caught us off-guard". We received our food 15min after finally getting hold of a manager, who then placed the order which was obviously never placed, and only got back to us to let us know "It's being plated right now". PS - my cheese slice wasn't melted yet. Monday, festive season, pay-day, should not catch you off-guard. Your staff should be properly trained, and friendlier. And Abigail should DEFINITELY not be in any roll where she deals with clients, at all. It is utterly disrespectful to walk away grinning and laughing after a complaint - how about an apology? Which might (MAYBE) have saved your tip and DEFINITELY the restaurants bad review.
