In 2021 I opened an Easy zero account at FNB Kanyamazane. I was told the account has zero charges, but this morning I realised they have been charging me R73 for an account I hardly use. Why is that?
Worst service ever at Shoprite Kanyamazane complex. The lady a the bakery was so rude. When I got there she pretended that she can’t see me, I greeted her and her to hand me some rolls. She said I can come in and get them I said thanks. When I got there there were no hot dog rolls so I asked her if they will be packing any, she said no. A few minutes later I came back to get bread and guess what? There were hot dog rolls on the stand. I’m am really disappointed and upset. This is not how you should treat your loyal customers.
So me and my sisters decided to try out Bossa at Crossings , Mbombela. Big mistake. We experienced the worst service ever. The waiters were okay but the manager and the short bar man were extremely rude. I made a mistake of not checking their names. Firstly they charged my sisters ****tail the full amount during happy hour, when we asked why, we were not given a clear explanation. The ****tails we ordered had no alcohol at all, when we told the manager, he came with a **** smile and told us there’s nothing he can do. We ordered more, same thing. The nice lady (Mbali) decided to call the bar man. He was not making sense and then he told us he has customers waiting for him. Were we not paying customers? Then the other bar man came , I forgot his name but I think it was Izzy, he’s tall and dark. He explained everything in a polite manner and made the drink from scratch, I really appreciated that. Anyways I will never set my foot at Bossa and I will sure tell people my experience.
I paid my subscription yesterday but I haven’t been able to watch anything, the app keeps loading. It doesn’t work on my TV, phone and laptop. I tried to reach out to Showmax on X but they just ignored me. I’m so angry right now.
I spoke to a lady last month about my data sim contract. The lady said she will add 30GB to my 50GG and I will pay an extra R26 but the data was not added. My bill is now R345.
Can someone please explain to me why I wasn’t allowed to choose which pieces of chicken I wanted when I ordered the Rock my soul at Chicken licken , Nelspruit plaza? This has never happened to me before, have things changed?
I spoke to a lady on the 10th of October 2023 explaining to her that I feel like my data is depleting at a fast rate. The lady said she will add 30gb to my contract and I will pay R329. When I checked my data balance on the 1st of November, the 30 gb was not added but the bill has changed to R329. Can someone please explain to me what she did to my account.
I received the worst service ever at Boxer, Kanyamazane branch. The lady was not willing to help at all.
I received the worst service at Skynet Nelspruit, the driver was so rude and as I am typing this, I haven’t received my parcel. They are even ignoring my calls.
I applied for a data contract sim at Vodacom a few weeks back. I received the sim card but then I realised the data loaded on the sim was not the one I applied for. I reported this to vodacom but they have been giving me the run around without helping me. It’s almost month end and I have to pay them but I’ll be paying for something I didn’t agree to. I’ve been trying to solve this issue since the 20th of November. I’m really upset at this point. Last week Thursday a lady called me , then she said she will call me again on Friday but she never did.
