Ibooked last year in December, had to cancel because of a funeral. I asked them for atleast half of that amount , they refused .They said they wil give me Vouchers to use. I had to Re-book for this Weekend .I'm on my way there now they telling me that I have no room I should come back tomorrow. I am so upset.
