NO COMMUNICATION REGARDING BUSARY A WEEK BEFORE CAMPUS.

I am writing this as a very stressed and disappointed student. Campus begins in less then a week, and I still have not received any confirmation regarding my bursary application. I have tried following up with my advisor, yesterday and today and received no response. I later found out she is not in the office. I have also reached out to other advisors and have received no feedback.

As a student, this is extremely distressing. My ability to register, prepare, and attend classes depends entirely on this decision. Being left without communication so close to the start of the academic term is not only unprofessional but deeply disheartening.

All I am asking for is clarity, whether approved or declined, so that I can plan accordingly. The silence is what is most concerning.

I truly hope this matter is addressed urgently, as no student should feel this uncertain days before campus.
