No delivery, no apology, no refund

No delivery since 11h30 it's 18h00 and I can't make supper for the kids. The app contact person is not helpful saying she'll confirm with the shop if my things /groceries are still with the shop.

I'm very disappointed, I have sick people and was thinking of the convenience to only be dissapointed and having children sleeping without food. No refund no food.
