I usually enjoy their service, yesterday I ordered just after 15h00 got my order at 19h55. I ordered 2x worse one for R125.99 and the other one for R94.99 to and was charged accordingly however upon receiving my order I got 2 small packets of worse one for R63 and the other for R38.38. No refund of the difference nothing. After having to wait for so long for the wrong delivery and the number of people I was catering for didn't even enjoy since we had to compromise. Very disappointed I tell you.
Horrible service from the ASAP app. Why call it ASAP if the delivery will only be the next day when you order at11am
I'm an introvert who's also claustrophobic. I just moved back home to Tembisa in January and am very happy that asap has branches to the location. I don't know what I would have done for my grocery and my newborns nappies. Thank you so much
I'm being debited R71 while I'm home. On Monday the 17/01/2022 I requested a ride from hospital to home which the price changed from R71 to R86 and both were debited with different discriptions yet it was one trip I thought the R71 will be reversed cause I only got an email for the R86. Two days ago I see there was another R71 from Uber that has been debited while I'm home healing. Please let me know if you no longer want me to use your services and reverse these transactions immediately. There are other taxi options if that's now the way do business taking peoples money for no reason.
No delivery since 11h30 it's 18h00 and I can't make supper for the kids. The app contact person is not helpful saying she'll confirm with the shop if my things /groceries are still with the shop. I'm very disappointed, I have sick people and was thinking of the convenience to only be dissapointed and having children sleeping without food. No refund no food.
Horrible service, I placed my order at 11h30, estimated delivery time was 14h00. I was fine with that as I have other errands to run during the day. Anyway short story is I have not received my groceries and app shows they're still busy with my order. Mind you this pnp is 500m away from my complex. It was the first time I used it hoping for a service. But never again.
I placed an order at 10:58 order was estimated to be delivered at 11:38 Im five minutes away from Festival Mall Chicken Licken. I placed my order the money got debited and my order has not been delivered. I went on the Mr Delivery app at 12:00 to find out why my order hasnt been delivered. Next thing my phone rings twice and an email come through they are saying they called me while they buzzed me. All i want is my money back and i wont use their horrible service again.
I sent a review so many weeks ago complaining about the woodbridge (Glen Maraise) FNB branch till this day i have only gotten a email saying they cant get hold of me on my provided number. I responded to that email till this day I have not had any response or resolution to my problem that i had lodged. Anyway as i repaeat myself. I was at the branch on the 9 May 2019 to down grade my account from premiuem and for it to be moved from staff to a normal gold account for lesser charges, the agent said she would do that and the new card would be available within 3-5 working days at the branch today is the 2 July and my card exp month end. Is this a way of FNB telling to move to another bank with cheaper rates and better service. MY PHONE NUMBER IS 0845642705 i wonder which number they called on. WHats funny is the very same number that i am providing is the very same number on my profile so, which ever idiot that had the time to sit and type that theyre tried calling me didnt even open my profile.....
There was debit order that went off my account on Friday, till this day my line is blocked. I have spoken to a number of agents the best they do is hang up on me without a resolution. My contact number 0746930417, line is still blocked this morning i spoke to another agent that took all my details and hung up. How many calls does one have to make for their line to be reconnected?????How many more people do i have to talk too???? Calling the call centre is actuallt pathetic as you hold on over 10-15minutes.
They are a real scam, they say the loan application takes 3-5 working days 14 days later you call them that you are no longer interested they charge you for their services, services that you never received
