Pleased customer

So initially I rated Bottleshop one star, but after my order arrived, the lady I spoke to on the phone (her name is Lizaan) called me to check if my order had arrived. I told her yeah and expressed my frustration with its late arrival. She then explained to me that the company Bottleshop is on business rescue and under new management and they sort of inherited the mess of the previous management. Anyways I'm happy with her follow-up and understand the "mess they're cleaning up" as they're dealing with complaints that aren't their fault. Thanks Lizaan.
