Undelivered order and lies
I placed an order on the 16th of January. I've called twice already and each day they said my order is scheduled for delivery. Funny enough today, my number is blocked. And when I use a different number, it says "this call can't be placed". At this stage I've realised that this is a scam and I'm not even counting on getting my money back. I just wish i could have checked Hello Peter before I purchased online from these scammers.

My sincere apologies Cape Town is experiencing load shedding today and our phone system goes down.
Legally we've only been allowed to start sending customers their alcohol orders from Tuesday when the government lifted the alcohol ban.
Please send me your no and we'll call you now

My sincere apologies Cape Town is experiencing load shedding today and our phone system goes down.

05 Feb 2021, 14:56Yeah I get that there was the lockdown, which is why I only started enquiring about my order on Wednesday the 3rd of February, coz the lockdown was lifted on Tuesday.
I would not have minded getting my order even next week, it's the "we'll deliver today" that bothers me, whereas I don't even see a tracking number on the order and of course, it doesn't get delivered "today" as promised.
