Bougainvillea Grill & Lounge Worse Experience

Bougainvillea I spent R700 for myself and Husband and I got the worst treatment. Your waiters are so damn sour not sure if he was having a bad day or what. We ordered the Ribs and Prawn combo however the food was cold and the Prawns tasted off when we told the waiter had a attitude and refuse to exchange it.

I asked to speak to the manager he said the manager was off and if we want to complain we must call or come back tomorrow.

So many people told me to check out this restaurant but it came through as a disappointment.
